Bees move up in CHL Coach's Poll

Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees News Release
Hidalgo, Texas --- The Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees moved up three spots to No. 7 in the Central Hockey League's Coach's Poll released today. The Bees leap in the poll represents the largest jump by any team this week.
The Bees went 3-1-0 last week, winning games at Laredo and Corpus Christi and at home vs. Corpus Christi. They fell 1-0 at Austin Sunday. Rio has won seven of its last 10 games and holds second place in the Southeast Division trailing Laredo by three points.
Memphis, Oklahoma City, Youngstown and Laredo comprise the top five in the poll while Lubbock, Austin, Wichita and Tulsa round out the top 10.
The Bees play another three-in-three weekend, including home games on Friday (vs. Corpus Christi) and Saturday (vs. Laredo). The first 2500 fans each night receive Thunder Sticks. Saturday night's game will also feature Cameron "Superfan" Hughes. Face off each night is set for 7:30 p.m.
