FRISCO, Texas - Dallas native Preston Beck homered Thursday night to continue a strong series, but the Riders were defeated 13-6 by the San Antonio Missions at Dr Pepper Ballpark.

BIG MOMENTS

* Beck hit a two-run blast in the bottom of the fifth, his second homer of the season and his fifth RBI through three games this series.

* The Missions had an 8-0 lead by the second inning and scored at least two runs in four different innings.

* Correlle Prime continued a recent hot stretch at the plate, going 3-for-3 with two doubles, an RBI and a walk.

* Preston Beck: 1-for-5, HR, 2 RBI

* Correlle Prime: 3-for-3, 2 2B, BB, RBI

* The Riders drew 6,702 fans Thursday, surpassing 8 million fans in the franchise's regular-season history.

* Frisco's six runs were the club's most since scoring seven last Wednesday at San Antonio.
