
Beavers-Grizzlies Postponed Due To Rain On Saturday

PORTLAND, Ore. - Saturday's scheduled Portland Beavers game against the Fresno Grizzlies was postponed due to rain and will be made up as part of a doubleheader at PGE Park on Wednesday, Aug. 13, it was announced this afternoon.
Tickets for Saturday's game can be exchanged at the PGE Park box office for tickets to a future home game in 2008.
The Aug. 13 doubleheader will feature two seven-inning games, with a first pitch of 6:05 p.m.
The Beavers and Grizzlies will wrap up their season-opening series at PGE Park on Sunday at 2:05 p.m. Left-hander Cesar Ramos is scheduled to make his Triple-A debut for the Beavers, while Fresno will counter with left-hander Patrick Misch. Sunday's game will be televised live on FSN.
