Beavers Game Suspended Due To Rain In Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Tuesday's game between the Portland Beavers and Albuquerque Isotopes at Isotopes Park was suspended in the bottom of the fourth inning due to rain.

The game, which is tied at 0-0, will be resumed as part of a doubleheader in Albuquerque Wednesday at 3:35 p.m. (Pacific). It will be followed by the regularly scheduled game, which is now a seven-inning contest.

NOTES: Justin Germano gave up just one run and three hits in six innings for the Padres in a no-decision at Atlanta Tuesday night. Germano had his contract purchased Monday night when San Diego also optioned left-handed pitcher Royce Ring to Portland.
