
Bears edge Phantoms 4-3 at Giant Center

HERSHEY scored four straight goals en route to a 4-3 victory Saturday night at GIANT Center, keeping the BEARS within four points of first place Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
Jared Aulin led the way with two goals, his ninth and 10th of the season. Eric Fehr also scored his team leading 24th of the season while Boyd Kane potted his 17th of the year against his former team. Frederic Cassivi won his 28th of the season in his 49th appearance of 2005-06. Jim Campbell paced the Phantoms in a losing effort, scoring two third period goals to bring the Phantoms within one. Jamie Storr suffered the loss in net for Philadelphia, making 22 saves on 26 shots before he was pulled before the start of the third period. The game drew a crowd of 9,073.
The BEARS will face the Providence Bruins Sunday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. Tickets are available for the game at the GIANT Center box office, or by calling (717) 508-BEAR. HERSHEY will then embark on a four game road trip Wednesday at Lowell.
