HERSHEY defeats Wilkes-Barre/Scranton for the first time in four tries this season, winning in a shootout 3-2 at GIANT Center Sunday.

Tomas Surovy opened the scoring at the 4:56 mark of the first period with a four on three power play goal to give the Penguins a 1-0 lead, but HERSHEY would rally for two goals before intermission to take the lead. In the shootout, Boyd Gordon scored in the fifth round to clinch the win for the BEARS. Frederic Cassivi won his tenth game of the season, making 20 saves.
