OHL Owen Sound Attack

Bears and Whalers Meet

November 27, 2013 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Owen Sound Attack News Release

The Attack will roll into Plymouth on Wednesday night coming off of an impressive home win last Saturday against the Belleville Bulls. This will mark the first of two road games the Attack will play this week before returning to the Bayshore to face off against the Whalers again on Saturday.

Owen Sound currently sits 3 points ahead of Plymouth in the western conference, and with a win, could edge closer to Windsor, who currently holds the 6th place in the conference.

The Attack will look to their power play to produce for them again, as it was red hot last game against the Bulls. Owen Sound went 2/3, with Kyle Hope and Jaden Lindo both scoring with the man advantage.

Also looking to build on last game's success will be Jaden Lindo. The second year winger tallied two assists on the night along with his power play goal. For his performance, he was named first star of the game, as well as Attacker of the week.

Wednesday, November 27-13: Owen Sound at Plymouth

This will be the second meeting between the two teams this season. The first, which took place in October, was a high scoring affair, with the two teams totalling 10 goals in the game. Holden Cook and Kurtis Gabriel both came away with 3 points in the contest, where the Attack won with a final score of 6-4.

Look Out For: Ryan Hartman is putting together a strong season for the Whalers. The Chicago first rounder has 10 goals and 11 assists for Plymouth so far.

Catch the Game on: You can listen in on the game with Fred Wallace on Kia of Owen Sound/Terry's Trailer Service Bear Radio.
