CRESTWOOD, IL - The Traverse City Beach Bums(20-24) scored one run in the seventh and three in the eighth to defeat the Windy City Thunderbolts(15-29) by final score of 4-2. Tonight's win clinches this weekend's series and gives manager Dan Rohn his 1300th win in his 21 year managerial career.

Tyler Straub doubled their advantage on an RBI single of his own. In the seventh, Kendall Patrick was able to reach on a one out walk. He then moved to second on a Max Dutto single. Josh Hauser drove him home by legging out a potential double play, pulling the Beach Bums within one.
Orlando Rivera led off the eighth for Traverse City and picked up a walk. Alec Olund followed and reached first on an error.
