Oklahoma City, Oklahoma -The Bossier-Shreveport BattleWings won their fifth consecutive game and raised their record to 9-5 on the season after beating the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz 69-67 in Oklahoma City in front of 7,564 fans. Berry and FB Jason Schule. Schule opened the second quarter with a 3 yard rushing score to cut the Yard Dawgz lead to 17-13. Three minutes later, Schule was at it again with a 34 yard scoring scamper in which he broke the af2's single season rushing record (500 yards) formerly held by Steve Gorrie. P.J. Berry hauled in a 37 yard pass from QB Andrico Hines with the 3:10 remaining in the first half to cut the Yard Dawgz lead to 31-27 and then gave the Wings' their first lead of the night with his 5th rushing touchdown with :23 seconds remaining in the half. With 1 second remaining in the first half, Dawgz WR Al Hunt dove into the endzone from 2 yards out to give Oklahoma City a 38-34 lead going into the locker room at halftime.
