Bats Lead to Win in Finale

The Lookouts bats stayed hot for the final game against the Smokies last night and won 6-1. For the first time in 20 innings plus , extra base hits made the difference in the games out come. Tayler Trammell provided the home run while the doubles Miich Nay, Brantley Bell and pinch hitter Michael Beltre added to the thirteen hit attack. Johendi Jiminian proved to much for the Smokies from the mound as he recorded five strikeouts in his second win of the season. Wednesday in Montgomery, the Lookouts send LHP-Scott Moss (4-2,3.43) to the hill and oppose LHP-Kenny Rosenburg(5-1,2.56). It's the finale fro the first half division title and begins at 7:20 EDT on 98.1 The Lake and on MiLB.com.
