Barnstormers Single Game Tickets on Sale Today

DES MOINES - The locally-owned Iowa Barnstormers today announced that single game ticket sales for the return of arena football to Des Moines will begin at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 17. Single game tickets start as low as $12 per seat.
The Barnstormers' eight-game home schedule includes a special Monday Night Football opener on April 14 and seven Saturday evening games, concluding with a July 26 match-up against the defending af2 Arena Cup champion Tulsa Talons.
"Based on the strong response of the community in purchasing season tickets, we anticipate a similarly strong demand for individual game tickets, so we are encouraging fans to reserve their seats today," said Barnstormers President Jeff Lamberti.
Lamberti noted that the Barnstormers currently rank second in the 29-team af2 league in season ticket sales and that many sections of Wells Fargo Arena are already sold out. The sold out sections include 103, 104, 105, 110 and 122 in the lower level; and, sections 203, 204, 205, 217 and 218 in the 200 Level. Additionally, the non-club level sections of 115 and 117 are sold out to season ticket holders.
Team officials are encouraging fans to order their individual Barnstormers game tickets by visiting www.theiowabarnstormers.com or visiting the Wells Fargo Arena box office, which is located on the Southeast corner of Wells Fargo Arena in downtown Des Moines.
