Barnstormers Sign Defensive Back

DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers have signed defensive back Marquese Moore to the 2022 roster, Head Coach Dave Mogensen announced today.
Moore (5-10, 185, Edinboro University) joins the Iowa Barnstormers for his for his first season in the Indoor Football League (IFL). A standout at powerhouse Aliquippa High School in Pennsylvania, Moore divided his collegiate career between Marietta College and Edinboro University appearing in 34 total games with 68 total tackles and four interceptions including one pick six being recorded. Moore also received All-Conference honors during his tenure.
"Marquese is a very talented athlete who played multiple positions in the defensive secondary in college," said Head Coach Mogensen. "His skills will translate well to the indoor game and we expect him to come in right away and be a difference maker."
Moore will join the Iowa Barnstormers 2022 Training Camp in the spring.
