Hard to believe the season is halfway over isn't it? Many thanks go out to River Bandits fans everywhere for helping make our first half one of the most successful in team history! But we are hardly the type to rest on our laurels - the second half of the season promises to be even better than the first, with more giveaways, more promotions, more Fireworks shows, and some fantastic local and national entertainment -- as well as the most electrifying baseball the region has to offer! Join us at Modern Woodmen Park as the Kane County Cougars come to town on Thursday to kick off an eight-game homestand! We are just getting started!

Thirst-day Thursday - $2 Beer & Soda! & Christmas in June!
We at the River Bandits do a lot of things well -- except waiting! We hate long lines, rain delays, and most of all waiting to give away gifts. That's why we're going to celebrate Christmas in June this Thursday! Join us for some great gifts -- and don't forget your stocking!

Fireworks Friday! & Appearance by Hall of Famer Richard Dent!
Unwind with an evening of great River Bandits baseball and stick around post-game for our fantastic Fireworks show presented each Friday by WQAD-TV NewsChannel 8 and WLLR radio!
Also, former Chicago Bear and Super Bowl XX MVP Richard Dent will be in attendance! The Hall of Famer will be on hand to take pictures and sign autographs (with the proceeds benefiting charity), so Super Bowl Shuffle your way down to Modern Woodmen Park!

& Autism Awareness Night/Player Jersey Auction! & Rockin' Saturday Concert with vodkaseven!
Our first of two political bobbleheads this season features a true collector's item -- Secretary of State Hillary Clinton courtesy of CBS-4! And this is not just any Hillary Clinton bobblehead -- she is adorned in a one-of-a-kind Autism Night jersey! The River Bandits will be wearing these eye-catching jerseys during Saturday night's game, and you will have the opportunity to bid on them in a silent auction throughout the game!

Pepsi Youth Jersey Night! & U.S. Bank Family Sunday! & Tailz 'Er Waggin' Dog Days of Summer!
Enjoy a U.S. Bank Family Sunday for kids and dogs alike! U.S. Bank once again presents Family Sunday, with free player autographs, a chance for kids to run the bases after the game, and an opportunity for folks to play catch on the field with their kids!
Only this time the dogs will be joining them as we pack the park with another of our Tailz 'Er Waggin' Dog Days of Summer!
In addition to the fun of U.S. Bank Family Sunday, the first 1,500 kids through the gates will receive a free River Bandits youth jersey courtesy of Pepsi and WQAD NewsChannel 8! Wear it around town and show your River Bandits allegiance with pride!
