
Baltimore to host final tryout, with twist

Baltimore, MD. The ABA Baltimore Pearls professional basketball team that begins play in November will host its final Open Tryout camp on Saturday, July 29th at the Northwestern Senior High, 6900 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215 from 10am-3pm.
Players selected from this group of prospects will join several other prospects from the first open tryout at Prospect Camp 2006 - a week long "Basketball Boot Camp" experience that will also be videotaped for the Baltimore Pearls' video series, "Making of the Team" reality show.
All players should register and check in by 930am on tryout day. The cost is $100 for pre-registration for Marylanders - $125 for non-Marylanders and $125 at the door for Marylanders and $150 at the door for non-Marylanders if space remains. Also, at this tryout will be Baltimore City Council President Shiela Dixon along with mayoral candidates and other political candidates.
