Pearls announce roster

Baltimore Pearls News Release


Baltimore, MD (October 24, 2006) - The Baltimore Pearls ABA Men's Basketball team has announced their 2006-07 roster. Owner Matt Bradby said, "This year, the Baltimore Pearls is loaded with local Baltimore basketball talent from top to bottom. We know this year's team will be very competitive. Our goal is to make the ABA playoffs this year!"

The 2006-07 Baltimore Pearls are:
Mark Karcher (SF) Todd Galloway (PG)
Cornelieus "Poo Bear" McMurray (SG) Ernie Graham Jr. (Center)
Javes Wiggins (PF) Ahbay Taylor (F)
Naeem Harrison (F) Erving Rivers (G)
Dominique Liverpool (C/F) Jim Chivers (F)
Shante Arthur (F) Antonio "Mike" Mann (G)

The home opening weekend games between the Baltimore Pearls and their ABA opponents, the Strong Island Sound and the defending ABA champions, Rochester Razorsharks will be held on the Pearl Arena on the campus of Coppin State University in Baltimore on Saturday, November 4th and Sunday, November 5th, 2006. Game site information (including street address) is available on our newly updated team website, www.pearlsbasketball.com. Season, group and individual tickets will be available for sell through our team website.
