Chicago Rockstars News Release

Chicago, IL. The ABA Chicago Rockstars veterans camp got off to a great start. The camp was kicked off by a fitness test initiated by their health and wellness specialist, Stephen Sean Cole. Cole is the founder of RU Fit 2 Play Inc., a company that provides physical training and holistic education to athletes such as Michael Finley, Linton Johnson, Luoi Deng and Marques Sullivan, Rockstars owner.

Cole gave the players an intense workout that centered around agility, core stability and cardio-vascular conditioning. He also gave the players healthy eating tips to optimize athletic performance. After the test, the players went through a series of basketball drills to further test their endurance. "We got to see who was in shape and who wasn't," said Sean Cole.

"It was good to see former Chicago stars like Thomas Hamilton, Imari Sawyer and Jerry Gee here," said Sullivan. The Rockstars will have practice everyday until November 6th. For daily camp information, visit www.rockstarbasketball.com or www.abalive.com.
