HARRISBURG, Pa. - A two-hit, two-RBI day for Patrick Bailey and a steady bullpen performance propelled the Richmond Flying Squirrels to a 4-3 win over the Harrisburg Senators Saturday night at FNB Field.

The Flying Squirrels (5-3) snapped their three-game losing streak and scored three of their four runs with two outs.

Richmond captured a 1-0 lead in the first inning when Bailey reached on an infield single and a throwing error scored Tyler Fitzgerald from second base.

With two outs and a runner at second in the third, Fitzgerald cracked an RBI triple to center field to bring home Hayden Cantrelle and gave the Flying Squirrels a 2-0 lead. Fitzgerald went 2-for-3 with a pair of extra-base hits, one RBI, one run and a walk.

Harrisburg (4-4) made it a one-run game in the fourth inning. After a leadoff triple, Will Frizzell hit an RBI single against Richmond starter Mason Black to move the score to 2-1. Black finished the night with one run and three hits allowed, striking out five over four innings.

Bailey upped the Flying Squirrels' lead to 4-1 in the fifth inning off a two-RBI single against Ronald Herrera (Loss, 0-1). Bailey has racked up five hits and three RBIs over four games played on the road trip.

The Senators responded with a two-run bottom of the fifth to cut the deficit to 4-3. With the bases loaded, Yasel Antuna was hit by a pitch to cross a run and Jackson Cluff scored from third base off a wild pitch.

Raymond Burgos (Win, 1-0) pitched through the sixth and seventh without allowing a run, retiring six of the seven batters he faced. Chris Wright (Save, 1) worked around a leadoff walk with two punchouts and a flyout in a clean eighth inning.

Wright allowed a one-out single in the ninth but responded with back-to-back looking strikeouts to secure the victory.

The Flying Squirrels return home Tuesday to start a six-game series against the Erie SeaWolves, Double-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. Tickets are available online at SquirrelsBaseball.com/Tickets, by phone at 804-359-3866 or in person at the Flying Squirrels ticket office.
