B-Sens blown out by River Rats 7-0

ALBANY, N.Y. -The B-Sens unbeaten streak against the East Division rival Albany River Rats was broken as Albany cruised easily to a 7-0 shutout victory over Binghamton at the Times Union Center tonight.

Six different River Rats would go on to have multi-point nights, while five of seven Albany goals were scored on the power play. Jiri Tlusty led the charge earning a three point night against the B-Sens recording two goals and an assist.

Chris Holt earned the start in goal, but was pulled in favor of Mike Brodeur after allowing five goals on 19 shots. Brodeur did not fare well either, allowing two of seven shots in.

The B-Sens look to turn things around tomorrow as they host the Rochester Americans in a 5:05 p.m. Valentine's Day tilt.
