B-Sens Assign Forward Tim Spencer to Florida Everblades

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they have assigned left wing Tim Spencer to the Florida Everblades of the ECHL.

Spencer, 25, has appeared in 15 games for the B-Sens this season, recording one assist and adding 54 penalty minutes.

The 6-4, 238-pound forward appeared in 35 games for Binghamton during the 2009-2010 season where he registered one goal and led the team with 141 penalty minutes. Spencer also appeared in 22 games with the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL, where he recorded two assists and amassed a total of 98 penalty minutes.

A native of Carnduff, Sask., Spencer has skated in 54 career American Hockey League games with Binghamton and Manitoba.

The Binghamton Senators return to action tomorrow as they travel to Rochester to face the Amerks. Game time is 7:35 p.m. Fans can listen live on 680 WINR-AM or 1430 WENE-AM beginning 30 minutes before game time for Countdown to Faceoff with Grady Whittenburg, the voice of the B-Sens.
