Binghamton Rumble Ponies News Release

Wednesday's 6:35 PM contest between the Binghamton Mets and the Bowie Baysox has been postponed due to inclement weather, forcing a doubleheader between the two teams Thursday morning. Tomorrow's first pitch is slated for 10:35 AM and gates will open at 9:00 AM for the first of the two seven-inning games. It is the third time that the B-Mets have been rained out at NYSEG Stadium in 2010.

Binghamton and Bowie were also rained out in the Southern Tier May 18, which was made up yesterday as part of a doubleheader.

All ticketholders for Wednesday's game can redeem their tickets for a seat of equal or lesser value to any future B-Mets home game, with the exception of July 4th. This can be done at the NYSEG Stadium box office during regular business hours.

Tomorrow, LHP Mike Antonini (3-4, 4.33) will take the ball for the B-Mets and will be opposed by RHP Ryohei Tanaka (3-5, 4.00) in the lid-lifter of the twin bill. Game two's starters have yet to be named. The radio broadcast on ESPN 1360 WYOS begins at 10:20 AM with the Horizons Federal Credit Union Pre-Game Show.
