MADISON, Ala. - Luis Aviles Jr. hit another home run and the Biscuits (27-29) fell to the Rocket City Trash Pandas (28-29), 6-5, on Friday night at Toyota Field to even the series at two games apiece.

Kyle Tyler (5-2) was on the mound for the Trash Pandas and the right-hander retired the first six batters he faced. Kenny Rosenberg (0-1) was on the other side for the Biscuits, and the birthday boy, who turned 26 on Friday, looked sharp early, fanning two in a scoreless first inning.

The Biscuits made a couple of errors in the bottom of the second-one by Jonathan Aranda at third; the other by Jim Haley at first-the former which led to an eventual two-run single off the bat of Ray-Patrick Didder to hand the Trash Pandas a 2-0 lead. Later in the inning, Aviles Jr. hit his sixth home run of the series off Dalton Moats, who came on for Rosenberg, to make it 4-0 game with a two-run shot. Aviles Jr. has 11 RBIs through the first four games of the series.

The Biscuits would pull two back in the top of the third with a two-run blast to left off the bat of Haley to make it a 4-2 contest. Moats then struck out the side in the bottom of the third.

The Biscuits got a run back in the top of the fourth thanks to a Cal Stevenson RBI-groundout, before an Adrian De Horta wild pitch brought home another run for Rocket City. In the fifth, Ibandel Isabel hit a solo home run to center off De Horta and increased the Trash Panda lead to 6-3.

The Biscuits would tally two more runs to pull within one at 6-5 in the top of the sixth courtesy of an RBI-single from Ruben Cardenas and an RBI-double from Ford Proctor. Ivan Pelaez then struck out the side in a scoreless seventh to keep it a one-run game, and retired all three batters in the eighth to send the game to the ninth, where the Biscuits went three-and-out against Oliver Ortega.

The Biscuits will try to rebound against the Trash Pandas on Saturday when Peyton Battenfield (2-0) clashes with Cooper Criswell (6-3) at 6:35 PM CT.

The Biscuits will return to Riverwalk Stadium for a 12-game home stand starting on a Golden Biscuits Tuesday, with the first six-game series against the Biloxi Shuckers starting at 6:35 PM CT. The rest of the series will include a Military Wednesday presented by WOW! on Wednesday, July 14; Wizard Night with a T-Shirt Giveaway on Thursday, July 15; Korean Heritage Night with Jersey Auction supporting A-KEEP on Friday, July 16; 2K Night with MAX Fireworks on Saturday, July 17; and a Kids Jersey Giveaway presented by Hyundai Motor Manufacturing of Alabama on Sunday, July 18.
