ROBSTOWN, TEXAS - The Coastal Bend Aviators open the weekend series against the St. Paul Saint with a 2-1 win.
Pedro Flores was the Defensive Player of the Game pitching seven innings and allowing only one run in the outing. Flores gave up only three hits and had a no-hitter going through into the sixth inning. The Aviator ace improves to 2-0 on the season.
Brian Fryer was easily the Offensive Player of the Game with a two for three plate production driving in both of the Aviator runs.
