March 29, 2018 - United States Hockey League (USHL)
Dubuque Fighting Saints News Release
WHO: The Dubuque Fighting Saints, along with night sponsor Prairie Farms Dairy.
WHAT: The Fighting Saints will be hosting the second-annual Autism Awareness Night. On this special night, the team will feature Caleb Hess to sing the national anthem before the game, and Aliyah Marcotte to take a penalty shot before the puck drops between the Saints and the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders. Both Caleb and Aliyah are autistic, and in a show of what these incredible kids can do, this night is meant to empower them and all of those on the autism spectrum, and raise money for Unified Therapy Services' 5K Run/Walk for Autism.
The 5K Run/Walk for Autism raises money for Camp Bee A Friend through Camp Albrecht Acres, and schools in the Dubuque community to provide resources for autistic students.
$2 of each ticket sale, plus $5 of each autism awareness t-shirt sale will help benefit the cause.
WHERE: The Mystique Community Ice Center (1800 Admiral Sheehy Dr. | Dubuque, IA 52001)
WHEN: Friday, March 30 at 6:30 p.m.
