AUSTIN - The Miami Heat today announced that the team has signed Austin Spurs center Aric Holman to a 10-day contract. Holman becomes the 47th GATORADE Call-Up in team history.
In 14 games with Austin this season (four starts), Holman was averaging 7.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists and a team-leading 1.43 blocks in 20.5 minutes while shooting 46.9 percent from the field. He spent the 2020-21 season overseas in Germany with Ratiopharm Ulm, where he posted 6.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 17.5 minutes in 54 games (31 starts).
