Austin FC News Release
Austin, TEXAS - Throughout Austin FC's young history, the word "Verde" has become a source of pride and inspiration. It has become something bigger than this Club. It's become an ethos for this fan base and everyone part of Austin and Austin FC's journey.
In creating the Club's new secondary kit for the 2022 and 2023 seasons, Austin FC players, supporters, and the larger Austin community have together to express their meaning of Verde. And why it's much more than just a color.
Verde is all-in.
Verde is forever.
Verde is beer showers.
Verde is the future.
Verde is a language.
Verde is a journey.
Verde is a chance.
BUT ABOVE ALL, VERDE ES UN SENTIMIENTO.
WHAT'S NEW: "The Sentimiento Kit" replaces last year's "Legends Kit" which was created specific to ATXFC's inaugural year and also paid homage to the Club's incredible supporters. With "The Sentimiento Kit", Austin FC welcomes back local partners YETI as the front of jersey sponsor and Netspend, which adorns the right sleeve. In addition, new features can be found throughout the jersey, including "Verde es un Sentimiento" stitched across the neckline, and Austin's famous Moontower along the jock tag.
HOW TO BUY: The Sentimiento Kit is available now at the Verde Store at Q2 Stadium and the Verde Store on Congress with delivery powered by Favor. Fans can also purchase The Sentimiento Kit on MLSStore.com in all styles.
