Owen Sound Attack News Release

The Owen Sound Attack are about to head south of the border to finish off a weekend road trip. Back to back games against the Canadian Hockey League's number-one-ranked Erie Otters at the Erie Insurance Arena are on deck for an Attack squad that is looking to snap a four game losing skid.

Owen Sound heads to Erie off of a heartbreaking 2-1 overtime loss to the Hamilton Bulldogs on the same day that the Otters downed the Guelph Storm by a score of 7-1. The Midwest Division foes will be meeting for the 2nd and 3rd time this year with games on Friday and Saturday night - both at 7pm.

Erie currently holds the best record in the OHL at 23-3-1-0, good for 47 points, while the Attack head into the weekend with a mark of 11-10-4-1. In the only previous matchup between the teams so far this year, the Attack were felled by a score of 7-3 at the Bayshore back on Oct. 28.

The Otters are powered by sophomore sniper Alex DeBrincat who has 32 goals and 53 points on the year, while the Attack counter with captain Santino Centorame who has found the back of the net seven times en route to 18 total points on the year.

Centorame's breakout campaign has him in 7th in scoring by defensemen in the 2015-16 Ontario Hockey League season.

This weekend's games can be listened live on Kia of Owen Sound Terry's Trailer Service Bear Radio on 560 CFOS as well as streamed through the OHL's website at www.ohl.neulion.com.

Owen Sound will host its next home game on Saturday, Dec. 12 when the Sudbury Wolves are in town for a 7:30pm match up.

Tickets for that game, and all remaining Attack home games, are available at the DJ's Furniture Attack Box Office, online at www.attackhockey.com, or by calling 519-371-7452.

The Weekend Preview is presented by Joe Tomatoes, located next to the Galaxy Cinemas on the Sunset Strip. Attack fans can bring their ticket stubs in to Joe Tomatoes following every home game for half-off wings and appetizers.
