
Attack Announce Ticket Policy for 2019-20 Cancelled Games

Owen Sound Attack News Release
On March 18th, the Ontario Hockey League announced the cancellation of the remainder of the 2019-20 regular season, as a result, the Owen Sound Attack will be implementing the following ticket policy in relation to the three cancelled games.
Please note, that Attack offices at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre are closed until at least Monday, April 6th and thus no refunds will be processed until the City of Owen Sound re-opens the Bayshore to the public.
Season Tickets - Season Ticket Members will be provided a credit against their 2020-21 season ticket membership. If the current member has decided not to renew, we will offer a refund of the same. Season Ticket members will be asked to complete the form included in their renewal packages.
Single Game Tickets - Walk-up purchaser will have the opportunity to either put it in a flex card they can use in the future for tickets or will be provided a refund via the purchase method. They will be required to bring their tickets in to the box office to complete the refund. Those who purchased their tickets through the online system will be provided a refund directly onto their credit card.
Group Tickets - These will be refunded either by cheque or on the method of payment used to purchase. Our group sales coordinator Matt Christie will be in contact with each group upon our office re-opening to process this refund.
Suite Rentals - Matt Christie or Greg Hoddinott will contact you by email in the coming days to discuss your options.
