Attack Announce Changes to Business Operations Staff

OWEN SOUND - The Owen Sound Attack are announcing changes to their business operations staff and structure. Current Community Relations Coordinator Devon Yakabuski has chosen to leave the organization effective Friday, December 14th.

With Yakabuski's mid-season departure, the Attack ownership has not wasted anytime filling her position and are proud to announce the hiring of Allan Gibbons as the teams new Coordinator, Communications and Community Relations. Gibbons will begin his position on a part-time basis on Monday, December 17th and will be in the office full-time effective Monday, December 31st.

A native of Tobermory, Ontario, Gibbons joins the Attack after eight years with Bayshore broadcasting as an on-air DJ and most recently as a Donor Experience Specialist with the United Way of Bruce Grey. He is also known from his hosting of popular trivia nights in the region and as the Attacks long time Fan camera operator. He also studied International Business at Niagara College.

"I'm thrilled to be moving into the role of Coordinator of Communications and Community Relations with the Owen Sound Attack" said Gibbons. "The Attack are a first-class organization from top to bottom and I can't wait to begin working with the team delivering content to the best fans in the league."

In a related move, current Coordinator of Sales and Corporate Partnerships Greg Hoddinott, was named the teams new Manager, Marketing & Communications and will oversee all Sales, Marketing, Communications and Community Relations staff and activities.
