Atlanta United FC News Release

ATLANTA - Major League Soccer announced the 2020 Regular Season schedule today, highlighting Atlanta United's 18 national TV matches across league-wide broadcast partners on the family of networks of ESPN, FOX and Univision. Atlanta will also play on national over-the-air networks five times this season, including four consecutive weekends in August. Fans can download the 2020 schedule here or sync directly to their calendar here.

The remaining 16 regular season matches will be televised regionally on FOX Sports South, FOX Sports Southeast and the FOX Sports app. Fans can tune into all 34 regular season matches live with official English radio partner Sports Radio 92-9 The Game and official Spanish radio partner La Mejor.

Ticket information, including the holiday ticket pack for the home opener, can be found here. Information about additional single-game tickets will be made available in January. Fans can also sign-up for pre-sale access here.

As previously announced, Atlanta will open the regular season at expansion side Nashville SC on Saturday, Feb. 29 (8:00 p.m., FOX) followed by the club's home opener against FC Cincinnati on Sunday, March 7 (7:00 p.m., FSS). Atlanta will close March with two matches before the FIFA international break (March 23-31) against Sporting Kansas City and Chicago Fire FC, which is the club's home opener at Soldier Field.

Atlanta will return from break and open the month of April by finishing off its season series with FC Cincinnati in just its fifth game of the regular season. The club will then have another two-week break from league play; however, Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League semifinal dates are scheduled for April 7-9 and April 14-16 (two legs). Two more national TV matches close the month with Portland Timbers at home and Orlando City SC at Exploria Stadium.

Atlanta has six regular season matches scheduled for May, in addition to entering the 2020 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup in the Round of 32 (May 19-20) and a possible SCCL Final (April 28-30, May 5-7). Most notably in league play, Atlanta will host expansion side Inter Miami CF on Sunday, May 24 (6:30 p.m., FS1).

June opens with another two-week break from league play for an official FIFA international break (June 1-9). Upon returning from break, it will be a busy 12-week stretch, as Atlanta will play 17 league matches - four in the second half of June, six in July and seven in August - before another FIFA break.

Most notably in August, Atlanta will play on national over-the-air broadcast networks on four consecutive weekends, starting with its club debut on ABC against New York City FC on Saturday, Aug. 1. Following that, Atlanta will play at Minnesota United (ABC) before home matches against Los Angeles Football Club (ABC) and Orlando City SC (FOX).

The final four matches of the season will be held after the FIFA international break (Aug. 31-Sept. 8). On consecutive weekends, Atlanta will play Toronto FC, Chicago Fire FC, Columbus Crew SC and D.C. United.
