
Atlanta United Announces Broadcast Changes for New York City FC

ATLANTA - Atlanta United today announced a pair of changes to its upcoming broadcast on Sunday, July 3 at New York City FC (5:00 p.m., Bally Sports South, Sports Radio 92-9 The Game, La Mejor). Ed Cohen (play-by-play) will fill in for Kevin Egan and will be joined by Jeff Larentowicz (analyst), filling in for Maurice Edu, and Jillian Sakovits (sideline/host) on Bally Sports South. Coverage is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. with Atlanta United Live!
Cohen is a longtime sportscaster in the New York area. The Scarsdale, New York native has called games on NBA TV, MLB.com and the NHL Network. Cohen has previously called matches for the New York Cosmos on MSG. Currently, Cohen works as the New York Knicks radio play-by-play voice, as well as the TV play-by-play voice for the WNBA's New York Liberty.
Larentowicz is now in his second year broadcasting for the club after retiring from play in April of 2021. A 16-year MLS veteran, Larentowicz made his broadcast debut for ATL UTD 2 in May of 2021. He's called multiple First Team games on TV and radio, in addition to several ATL UTD 2 matches on ESPN+.
