Josh Slaats scattered six hits over six innings of one-run work and got plenty of offensive support, as Asheville downed Greensboro 11-6 Sunday afternoon at McCormick Field.
Asheville has now won 7 of its last 8 games.
The same two teams will meet on Monday night at McCormick Field in a 7:05 p.m. contest.
