
Armstrong Reassigned to Cedar Rapids

SALT LAKE CITY (June 11, 2008) - The Salt Lake Bees announced today that the club has reassigned left-handed pitcher Chris Armstrong to single-A Cedar Rapids.
Armstrong, 20, joined the Bees for his second stint in triple-A after being recalled on May 26 from Cedar Rapids. In five games for Salt Lake, the Tulsa, Okla. native owns a 1-0 record with a 5.06 ERA. He holds a 0-1 record and 4.50 ERA in four games with the Kernels this season.
