
Armor Fill Tenth Spot On Roster

SPRINGFIELD, MA Jan. 11, 2010 - The Springfield Armor today announced the team has acquired guard Abdulai Jalloh to fill the tenth spot on their roster.
Jalloh, a guard out of James Madison University, was recently released by the Maine Red Claws. While with Maine, Jalloh played a total of 119 minutes and averaged 5.6 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.9 assists in nine games.
"Abdulai adds that extra guard we needed for our roster," said Dee Brown, Head Coach of the Armor, "We are excited to bring in a young point guard to help bolster our backcourt." The Armor play the Red Claws this Saturday in the third game of their five game back to back series. This Saturday's game is "Cancer Awareness Knight" at the MassMutual Center proudly presented by Big Y World Class Market. All fans wearing pink will have an opportunity to enter to win a $50 gift card courtesy of Big Y by donating a dollar to the Susan G. Komen Foundation at the game.
