Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans return home after back to back wins over the Arizona Sundogs this past weekend. Allen is tied with Missouri for 2nd place overall in the CHL Standings.

Last week's record: 2-1-0

Overall record: 12-6-1, T-2nd in the CHL

Wednesday, November 27th @ Arizona Sundogs, 5-3 Loss

The Sundogs scored three unanswered second period goals on their way to a 5-3 win over the Americans. Arizona forward Bryan Cameron had the hat trick for the Sundogs.

Friday, November 29th @ Arizona Sundogs, 5-3 Win

Greger Hanson and Alex Lavoie each scored two goals as the Allen Americans evened the series with Arizona, after a 5-3 victory. The Americans outscored Arizona 3-1 in the third to grab the win.

Saturday, November 30th @ Arizona Sundogs, 4-1 Win

Four different players netted goals for Allen as the Americans knocked off the Arizona Sundogs by a score of 4-1. Alex Lavoie and Phil Fox both scored for the second game in a row, while John Snowden and Johnathan Lessard also lit the lamp.

The Americans and Rush are meeting for the first of six total meetings this season. Allen is currently 12-6-1 in the Central Hockey League Standings, after a 2-1-0 week last week. Rapid City leads the CHL with 28 points and a 14-2-0 record.
