March 2, 2017 - ECHL (ECHL)
Allen Americans News Release
Allen, Texas -- The Allen Americans, ECHL affiliate of the San Jose Sharks, announced today that the club has loaned forward Bryan Moore to the Manitoba Moose of the American Hockey League.
Moore has been given a Player Tryout Offer from the Canadian AHL franchise. Moore is currently fourth on the team in scoring with 42 points in 37 games with Allen this season.
"It's a great opportunity for me," said Moore. "I play on one of the top teams in the ECHL, so teams are always looking at players and what we're doing individually. It's a credit to Coach Martinson that he gives us a chance to play at a higher level."
The Americans are also without forward Greger Hanson, who is on loan to Binghamton of the AHL. Hanson is second on the team in both goals (30), and points (65). The Americans will get both David Makowski and Tanner Eberle back in the lineup this weekend.
The Americans continue their five-game road trip tomorrow night in Missouri against the Mavericks. Puck drop is at 7:05 PM.
Allen returns home for two games against the Wichita Thunder on March 17th and 18th. Tickets for both games are on sale NOW at www.ticketmaster.com . Call 972-912-1000 for more informat ion.
