
Americans, Kennewick General Hospital Re-Launch 'A Is For Americans' Program

KENNEWICK, WA - The Tri-City Americans are teaming up with Kennewick General Hospital to reward Mid-Columbia K - 12 students through the re-launch of the 'A is for Americans' program.
Through the program, every student that brings in a successful report card or progress report to the Americans office will receive a free ticket to the Americans game on Saturday, November 21 vs. the East Division's Regina Pats. Game time is set for 7:05 p.m. at Toyota Center.
"In life, there is no substitute for a good education," explained Brian Sandy, Americans Sr. Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Marketing Officer. "We are proud of all the hard work our area students put into their education.
Launched during the 2007-08 season, the Americans have awarded over 200 tickets to local students through the Kennewick General Hospital 'A is for Americans' program. This year, the first 50 students to bring in their report cards will also receive an Americans' T-shirt, courtesy of SunWest Sportswear.
Tickets for all Americans games can be purchased through all Ticketmaster outlets, including all Fred Meyer outlets, the Toyota Center box office, or online at ticketmaster.com.
