Americans Host Missouri Tonight and Thursday
March 30, 2017 - ECHL (ECHL) - Allen Americans News Release
Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans host the Missouri Mavericks tonight at 7:05 PM at Allen Event Center, in the first of back to back games between the two clubs.
The Americans have won two straight games after victories over the Tulsa Oilers last Friday and Saturday at Allen Event Center. Allen comes into tonight's contest three points behind Colorado for the top spot in the Mountain Division.
"We can't control what they do (Colorado), but we can take care of our business," said Americans forward Greger Hanson in an interview with Tommy Daniels this morning. "These are huge points this week starting tonight against Missouri."
The Americans are in the middle of a six-game homestand with only two road games remaining. In addition to getting Greger Hanson back in the lineup tonight, it is expected that Bryan Moore will make his return after dealing with a lower-body injury that kept him out of the last three games.
"We have three solid number-one lines with the return of Hanson (Greger), said Americans Head Coach and GM Steve Martinson. "Riley Gill will be in net for us tonight."
Puck drop tonight is at 7:05 PM. Tickets for all remaining Allen Americans home games are on sale NOW at www.ticketmaster.com or call (972) 912-1000. Allen Event Center box office is open now through puck drop.
