American Hockey League Announces Suspensions
March 4, 2018 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced the following suspensions:
Lehigh Valley Phantoms forward Nicolas Aube-Kubel has been suspended for two (2) games as a consequence of an illegal check to the head of an opponent in a game vs. Hershey on Mar. 2.
Aube-Kubel was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss Lehigh Valley's games today (Mar. 4) at Hershey and Friday (Mar. 9) vs. Bridgeport.
Milwaukee Admirals forward Harry Zolnierczyk has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of a kicking incident in a game vs. Rockford on Mar. 2.
Zolnierczyk was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss Milwaukee's game today (Mar. 4) vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
