Metairie, LA âThe New Orleans Zephyrs (14-12) the Class AAA Pacific Coast league Affiliate of the Houston Astros are pleased to announce that Jason Alfaro has been promoted form Class AA Round Rock. To make room for Alfaro on the roster, Jon Topolski has been sent to Round Rock.
The Zephyrs conclude their four game series with the Memphis Redbirds on Thursday at 7:05 p.m. The game can be heard on WTIX-AM 690 and at www.zephyrsbaseball.com with Tim Grubbs and Ron Swoboda calling the action. For more information call the Zephyrs office at (504) 734-5155.
