Chicago defenseman Brian Sipotz scored with 50 seconds left in regulation â his first goal since prep school nearly five years ago â to lift Chicago to a 4-2 win over Utah on Tuesday... Brent Krahn made 29 saves for his third shutout in four starts as Lowell blanked Worcester, 4-0... Alexandre Burrows registered three assists in Manitoba's 4-2 win over Cincinnati.

LOOKING AHEAD:
Toronto's Air Canada Centre is the site as St. John's takes on Binghamton on Wednesday night in an AHL version of the Battle of Ontario... The Maple Leafs have won 10 of their last 12 games to move within four points of first place in the North Division... Kyle Wellwood, David Ling and Matt Stajan have combined for 47 points (15g, 32a) in those 12 games, and Nathan Barrett scored four goals in his first three games off the injured list last weekend... The Senators' Jason Spezza led the AHL in scoring during November with 21 points (6g, 15a) in 13 games... Twelve of Binghamton's 13 contests last month were decided by a single goal, including nine in overtime or a shootout; the Sens went 6-3-2-2... Both Wednesday's game and Friday's rematch will be televised live nationally in Canada on TSN.
Chicago, 6-1-1-1 in its last nine games, visits Utah on Wednesday night to complete the West Division rivals' two-game series at The "E" Center... The Wolves are 22-11-0 against the Grizzlies since the teams joined the AHL in 2001, including eight wins in 10 tries in 2003-04... J.P. Vigier has five goals, five assists and a plus-8 rating in his last eight games for Chicago... Kari Lehtonen has started 17 of the Wolves' 19 games in goal this year... Former first-round draft pick Fredrik Sjostrom had three points in two games last week for Utah, including a goal that ended a 31-game AHL drought... The Grizzlies, who have just one win in 11 tries on home ice (1-9-0-1), scored two early goals on Tuesday, doubling their first-period output for the entire season.
Rochester faces off against Houston on Thursday night still looking for its first-ever victory over the Aeros (0-4-3)... Despite a 2-1 loss to Houston on Nov. 19 that ended their six-game winning streak, the Amerks were 9-2-1-0 during November, led by Thomas Vanek with seven goals and Derek Roy with 15 points... After playing 13 of 15 games on the road, the Aeros are now in the midst of playing 20 of 25 at the Toyota Center... Kyle Wanvig, Houston's leader with 25 goals a year ago, picked up his first goal in 15 contests during Sunday's 5-2 win over Utah.
