AHL announces suspension

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. . The American Hockey League today announced that Hartford Wolf Pack left wing Jordan Owens has been suspended for one (1) regular-season game as a result of his actions during an AHL game vs. Springfield on Feb. 1.
Owens was assessed an instigator penalty within the final five minutes of the third period, resulting in an automatic one-game suspension under AHL Rule 47.21.
He will miss Hartford's game tonight (Feb. 2) vs. Bridgeport.
