
Aeros take on Rivermen tonight

HOUSTON, Texas - The Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League take on the Peoria Rivermen in a battle for sole possession of second place tonight at Toyota Center at 7:35 p.m. Houston and Peoria are currently tied for second with 75 points each, however the Aeros have two games in-hand on the Rivermen. The first 3,000 fans will receive the sixth and final bobblehead in the Aeros' Legends Bobblehead series featuring Mark Freer. Tickets for the game are available by calling 866-GO-AEROS or visiting AEROS.com.
Tonight is also the last chance to bid on the "Jerseys Off Their Backs" auction. Winners of the jerseys will meet the player on the ice after the game to have a photo taken with the player and have the jerseys personally autographed. Visit the silent auction tables in the main concourse behind section 108. The auction closes with five minutes remaining in the second intermission.
Amanda Miller, Miss Southeast Texas 2009, and Sterling Bishop, Miss Teen Southeast Texas 2009 are scheduled to drop the first puck. The ladies will be signing autographs during intermissions as well.
