Akron is 17-13 (.567), which is the best record in the Eastern League...Akron currently holds a 1.0 game lead over second-place Harrisburg...RHP KYLE DENNEY goes for his fifth win of the year tonight for Akron...Denney is tied for the Eastern League lead in wins (4) with teammate JEREMY GUTHRIE and Erie's HOMERO RIVERA...RHP LANDON JACOBSEN, who is fourth in the E.L. with a 1.37 ERA, goes for the Curve.
