Milwaukee Admirals News Release
Milwaukee, WI--Milwaukee Admirals Owner/CEO Harris Turer announced today that the team will discount all 400-level tickets to just $3 for the team's game on Sunday, March 30th against the Houston Aeros and that $2 from each of those tickets would then be donated to the MACC Fund (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer). In addition, $2 from all regularly priced lower bowl tickets will be also be donated to the MACC Fund.
"The MACC fund has done so many wonderful things for the children of community this is just a small token of our appreciation for them," said Turer. "This is definitely a win-win situation for both of us. We are able to help out a wonderful organization and in the process create an atmosphere at the Bradley Center that will be helpful for our team in a game with significant playoff implications."
This is the third season that the Admirals have discounted the 400-level tickets and then donated the proceeds to charity. The previous two games have netted over $54,000 combined for Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee.
The game, which will begin at 4:00 pm, is also Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Cap Day where the first 5,000 fans will take home an Admirals/Brewers Baseball hat, courtesy of the Brewers.
