Norfolk Admirals News Release
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. â The Norfolk Admirals are pleased to announce that February 13 is "Lucky Friday the 13th" at Scope. When the Blue and Gold battle the Lowell Lock Monsters (Carolina Hurricanes) at 7:30 p.m., one lucky fan will win a "Big Rock" - a .58 carat diamond, courtesy of Long Jewelers. Additionally, three fans will win gift cards to Long Jewelers.
The first 1,000 ladies age 18 and older through the doors that night will receive a bag with a stone in it. Of the bags distributed, 999 will contain cubic zirconias, while one fan will go home with a real diamond. Recipients of the stones should take them to Long Jewelers, located at 2953 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach to determine if they possess the diamond.
Continuing the special night, fans can register to win a $100, $200 and $300 gift card to Long Jewelers at the game. One winner will be drawn at random each period.
