Milwaukee Admirals News Release

Milwaukee Admirals President Jon Greenberg announced today the formation of the "Poop Deck," a special seating area that will be available to Admirals fans at all Friday home games. Milwaukee's ESPN Radio will also be involved with the Poop Deck as the media partner.

The Poop Deck will be located at the North end of the Bradley Center in all seats in section 221 rows S-Z. For just $15 fans who purchase a ticket in that area will also receive a limited edition long sleeve Poop Deck t-shirt. Additionally, the t-shirts will change colors throughout the season. "Every Friday night the Bradley Center will be a party," said Greenberg. "The Poop Deck will be a raucous and enthusiastic place for fans to sit and cheer on the Admirals and receive a great long-sleeve t-shirt for just $15."

A poop deck, in nautical terms, is the part of a ship that is directly above the poop cabin located at the rear of a ship. It was used as an elevated position for navigation and observation purposes. The Admirals Poop Deck will be an area of the Bradley Center that is also elevated and will be used for observation in the systematic destruction Admirals opponents with frequent loud chants and cheers emanating from it.

The Poop Deck will be captained throughout the season by Admirals' Senior Director of Marketing Tim Van Wagoner. Van Wagoner is also the creator of the Buckethead Brigade, a wildly popular fans section at Milwaukee Brewers' Games.

The Poop Deck will set sail for the first time on Friday, October 14 when the Admirals open their 2005-06 home schedule at the Bradley Center versus the Manitoba Moose. Poop Deck seats and all other tickets for Ads games can be purchased by calling (414) 276-4545 or through www.ticketmaster.com.
