
Admirals Camp Starts Tomorrow

The Admirals 2002 training camp opens tomorrow at Norfolk Scope. In addition to the invitees previously announced on September 5, defensemen Burke Henry and Marty Wilford have accepted invitations to camp. They will join Admirals' prospects Cam Bristow, Dan Carlson, Jason Jaffray and Shawn Limpright as well as the other 20 invitees. Also, on September 22 the Chicago Blackhawks re-assigned several players to Norfolk. They are: goaltender Sebastien LePlante, defenseman Jonathan Aitken and forwards Ajay Baines, Brandin Cote, Quintin Laing, Mike Souza and Yorick Treille.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce SeaFest XXI: September 24 at the Hampton Coliseum. An Admirals booth will be set up and there will be appearances from both Salty and Hat Trick. The event takes place from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. and will be a fun-filled time for all involved.
Central Business District Association Luncheon: September 25. The Admirals are sponsors for this CBDA event.
Neptune Festival Grand Parade: September 29 at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Admirals staff and mascots will be in the parade starting at 1:30 p.m.

Tickets for the Admirals' September 28 Blue and White exhibition scrimmage are currently on sale as $5.00 general admission for all seating.
Individual game tickets for all 40 2002-03 regular season home games are also now on sale.
