Aces Welcome 1 Millionth Fan

RENO, Nev.- Three-year-old Liam Bottom of Fallon strolled through the gates at Aces Ballpark this evening with his parents Robert and Mary and became the one millionth fan in Reno Aces franchise history.

Liam and his parents were greeted by members of the Aces front office and was showered with special gifts to commemorate the occasion, including a customized Reno Aces home jersey, an Aces hat, a gift card to the Freight House District, tickets for a Dugout Suite at an upcoming game, a Triple Play Sandwich and an authentic bat, autographed by third-year Aces manager Brett Butler.

The Aces eclipsed the one million mark on the 160th game in ballpark history, since its opening on April 17, 2009. The club drew 447,701 fans last season and 466,606 fans in 2009.

Following tonight's game, the Aces open a four-game series with the Iowa Cubs, Triple-A Affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, on Saturday night at Aces Ballpark at 7:05 p.m. PT.

Military, police and fire personnel have the chance to pick-up a complimentary ticket to any game during the current Aces homestand in person at the Aces Ballpark Box Office with a government-issued ID. All other tickets can be purchased at the Aces Ballpark Box Office, online at www.RenoAces.com or by phone at (775) 334-7000. A variety of partial season ticket plans as well as prorated full-season tickets are available today.
