RENO, Nev. - Jeff Bailey had two hits for Reno, but the Aces couldn't push across any runs as the Colorado Sky Sox defeated Reno 10-0 Saturday night in front of 8,492 fans at Aces Ballpark.

The Aces kept it close until the seventh inning, trailing just 2-0 until a two-out, three-run double broke it open for Colorado Springs. The Aces had chances throughout the game, but went 0-for-5 with runners in scoring position, en route to their second double-digit home loss of the season.

Kevin Mulvey (0-1) had another strong start for Reno but was tagged with the loss, allowing just two earned runs in six innings of work, while striking out six and walking none.

Jhoulys Chacin (3-0) and three Sky Sox relievers held Reno to just six hits on the evening, as the Aces were dealt their third shutout in their last nine contests.

Reno and Colorado Springs meet again Sunday afternoon, with the Aces sending RHP Cesar Valdez (1-1, 3.78 ERA) to the hill against RHP Esmil Rogers (0-0, 0.00 ERA). First pitch is set for 1:05 p.m., and it is Youth Baseball and Softball Day, with a pregame parade on the field honoring Northern Nevada's youth baseball and softball players.

Tickets for all Aces games start at just $7, and are available by calling the Reno Aces box office at (775) 334-7000 or by visiting RenoAces.com.
