
Argonauts Add to Both Sides of the Ball

Mississauga - The Toronto Argonauts Football Club is pleased to announce that the club has signed import RB Shawnbrey McNeal andre-signednon-importDB Shane Herbert .
Shawnbrey McNeal played two years at the University of Miami and one year at Southern Methodist University. While at SMU, McNeal played in 13 games and rushed 236 times for 1,188 yards before forgoing his senior year to enter the 2010 NFL draft. After SMU, McNeal spent time with the San Diego Chargers and Washington Redskins of the NFL.
Shane Herbert attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 2007-2010 before being signed as a free agent by the Argonauts in 2011 and attending training camp. During his time as a Golden Hawk, the Ajax native played in 18 games and recorded 36 tackles.
The Argonauts have also announced that the club has released imports DB Bryant Nnabuife and DE EJ Nduka.
